Nau mai, Haere mai!

We are excited to invite you to a special hui to celebrate the installation of our new pou.
Kia ora e te whānau!
You may have noticed that some nice steel structures have recently appeared in front of our school. These structures are ready to house our new pou. The pou represent our four school houses, Whanaupaki, Whakaari, Kaikarae and Araiteuru. They reference important landmarks and traditional place names near our school.
The pou have been carved by well known kaiwhakairo Alex Whitaker.
We will gather to celebrate the installation on Wednesday 21 February at 9.00am.
