The Netball season begins!

We are really excited to have 12 netball teams entered in the Intermediate competition that plays every Thursday at the Edgar Centre.
It is so great to see so many of our pupils playing in our 12 netball teams each week. They are representing Balmacewen so well in all aspects of the game including wearing the uniform with pride, playing strongly and fairly and always listening to the coach and the umpire.
A huge thank you needs to go out to our staff, student teachers and family members who are giving up their lunchtimes and after school times to coach a team. Without these people we would not be able to enter 12 teams. I know all the players say "thanks coach" at the end of the game and this is very much appreciated by our coaches.
