Our Perfect Pies

Room 7, 8 & 13 Food Technology Students have been working hard developing and marking their perfect pie.  

With a great working atmosphere the class worked collaboratively and efficiently.  The partners designed their own flavour combinations, made their puff or short pastry, chopping, cooked, tasted their fillings before making their final pie. Some yummy smells were wafting around the room. Hopefully some make it home in one piece!
