Designer Biscuits

The Year 7's have been designing a biscuit that is suitable for their family to take on a picnic.

They have to think about their families likes and dislikes, allergies and favourites foods and how they can work this into an Anzac biscuit base, AND work with a partner.  As you can imagine this brought several robust discussions, and lots of deliberations and compromises into the classroom.  At the end of the cooking session the room smelt wonderful. Flavours such as  lemon, chocolate orange, cinnamon chocolate chip, Raspberry and white chocolate and caramel apple were created.  

The biscuits were then taken home for families to evaluate. I hope they tasted as good as they looked and smelt.
