Cookie Cooking without Eggs

One of our favourite recipes have eggs in it, so the a Year 8 class experimented with making eggless cookies.
We found a recipe that might just work to replace our chunky chocolate cookie recipe and set to follow it, while tweaking it. Some melted the butter, others added cocoa, some used white chocolate chips, others normal chocolate chips.
We tasted them all and tweaked the recipe to make it work for us. Can you tweak the recipe below? Next week we are looking at Eggless Muffins
