Y8 Pies

They have planned, organised, made, cooked and finally sampled their designer pies.
For the last couple of weeks the Y8's have been planning and cooking their designer pies. From venison to vegetarian, all sorts of fillings have been prepared. Students made their own pastry using either puff or short pastry recipes including gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free options. The smells were fantastic and by the looks on their faces they tasted good too.
