This term two Balmacewen teams competed in the 9-a-side competition held on a Tuesday at Kettle Park
5 weeks and 7 games saw both teams win and lose some with plenty of fun along the way. Each team was mixed ability with Year 7 & 8 boys and girls and were evenly matched with both teams coming 3rd in the round robin competition. The games were played in all weather conditions at Kettle Park with rain, hail, and sun being experienced. Big thanks to our parent supporters who watched every week and to our fantastic coaches who gave up their time.
Several Balmacewen students have been rewarded with places in the Otago U13/14 teams playing in a South Island Competition this weekend here in Dunedin.
