Can you design the next big Ice Cream flavour??

Dream up your ultimate ice cream flavour and we will bring the most creative and delicious to life to help raise money for your school.

The three most interestingly inventive ideas will be turned into a real-life ice cream and sent to the inventors for their whole class to try. Our ice cream experts will choose one overall winner whose flavour will go into our scoop stores for everyone to enjoy.

All profits from sales will go to the winner’s school to help fund projects around innovation, creativity and science.

• This competition is open for students Year 0 to 8 at any New Zealand Primary and Intermediate School (or equivalent).
• One entry per person. Participants must complete the entry form in full, including their school and classroom. If the participant is home-schooled a charity may be chosen and stated in entry form with final sign off being at the discretion of Duck Island.
• Entries close 5pm, Thursday 1 September 2022. Entries can be submitted by:
  • Emailing completed entry form to creators@duckislandicecream.co.nz.
• Three entries will be chosen by our ice cream judges based on creativity, flavour and imagination. These three flavours will be made by Duck Island Ice Cream and sent to the inventors’ classrooms to be shared and enjoyed.
  • Our judges will pick one overall winner to be sold in Duck Island scoop stores
    for a minimum of three weeks with proceeds going towards the winners’ school or chosen charity.
