Term 2 week 3
By Rowan Cooke | Posted: Sunday June 17, 2018
Room 25 have been working in groups to make a marble run so the class can compete to see whose marble can go the closest to certain lengths that the Mr Cooke will chose on competition day. We have to mark and measure so we know how far the marble will go.
We had a good mandarin session this week because it was different, we learnt about kitchenware and how to use chopsticks. After we had a game of who can get as many stones on the chair using chopsticks in one minute. We have had Miss Dick with us this week, to teach us how to make moving toys with motors.
In P.E we did the beep test which was hard, fun and exciting. We loved seeing others try their best and persevering. We have some really great runners in room 25 and great classmates cheering others on!!
On Thursday we had Mrs Burden come in when Mr Cooke was out of class, she let us finish our math and then we did some more work on our marble runs.
Friday we had to mark our spelling and maths which the class did very well on.
That’s all for this weeks Hail report. Thanks for reading :)
