Mystery Box Challenge!

• Teams of four worked together  on creating dishes from combinations such steak, mushrooms, pasta to pastry, bananas and caramel. The level of inventiveness was increased with access to the herb garden also. The teams had an hour to prepare and present their dishes to the judges - Mr Martin, Ms Dixon and Miss Kinnaird. There choice and decision was a difficult one with four very tasty and creative savory dishes and two outstanding desserts to choose from, The final decision was between the two desserts with a slightly under cooked pastry giving the win to the oreo and berry cheesecake. It was a great way to complete the Term One Foods cycle.
