What's hot in the Kitchen with the Year 7's?

We have just about finished our first rotation with the Year 7's in Food Technology
We have been busy learning the routines in the kitchen and making a variety of food. We have been focusing on the basics of measuring accurately and cutting precisely for the recipes we are following. We have made smoothies, scones, pizza, muffins, stir-fry, fruit crumble and we will finish off with cookies next week. Some of the food may have made it home.
All the students currently doing Food Technology will receive an email with the recipes as their books are kept until they finish unit 2 later on in the year.
