Y8 Pies

The smell of amazing pies are wafting around school this week
The Year 8's have been working up to this moment the whole term. They have decided on the type of pastry by trialling both short and puff pastry. They have trialled different flavour combinations and worked out with the partners a pie that suits them both.
Pulled pork cooked in a spicy coke marinade, mac cheese & bacon, chicken & cranberry, spicy nacho pie are some of the flavours that have been created this term.
