What's hot in the kitchen with the Year 8's?

The third group of Year 8's have started their time in the Foods Room.
We have been learning about pastry and have been making some great choices with flavours and textures. We have made Puff pastry and turned them into Apple Turnovers, and short pastry into fruit tarts. We have made a cheese sauce and bolognaise sauce and now we are planning our designer pies.
