Year 8 Amazing Pies

The Year 8's have made some great pies this term
The 3 groups of Y8's have practiced making different pastry types, and how to make different sauces. They have thought about fillings and how we can make them tasty, with a good sauce, (and not to have soggy bottoms). Both Manu and Mary Berry would be proud of these students. The smells were tantalising and wafting around the school. We had slow cooked pork, teriyaki chicken and mince and cheese amongst the flavours created.
