Term 3 has gone by in a flash!

It really is hard to believe that we are at the end of Term 3. It has been another busy and successful term on so many levels. In every area of activity it has been fantastic to witness the growth of our young people as they play, perform and participate.

I'd like to especially acknowledge the performances by our Kapa Haka and Pasifika groups. Their passion and talent is impressive, and their committment to be part of something special is really great to see. Their performances on the night were exceptional and everyone involved should be extremely proud.

Some of you may have attended our recent Parent Cybersafety evening delivered by Rob Cope from Our Kids Online. We received excellent feedback about the evening. It was challenging, informative and entertaining. If you weren't able to make the evening, you can check out the resources on www.ourkidsonline.info

Exciting times ahead early in Term 4 as we prepare for our school production "Jungle Fantasy". It's sure to be a lot of fun and it has been great to see such a large group of students involved.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the hard work and commitment of our Balmac staff. Thank you to everyone for their efforts over the term and consistently going above and beyond to support our students. It is very much appreciated.

Finally, thank you to you, our parents and caregivers. Your partnership and involvement are crucial to our school's success. We truly appreciate your continued support.

Enjoy a safe and restful holiday break. I look forward to welcoming everyone back for the start of Term 4.

Kind Regards

Andrew Hunter
