Room 7, 8 & 13's Perfect Pies

Over 4 days, the group planned their perfect pies. They worked out their shopping lists, planned their steps and created some amazing pies. Using puff or short pastry which they made themselves, the pies looked fantastic. We had pork, beef, bacon & egg, and chicken flavoured pies.Herbs and spices were being used and it was great to see the students tasting and changing as they cooked. Judging from how quick some devoured they were delicious as well. On the final day, the students had to design an advertisement for their pie, using a picture of their actual pie.
