Year 8's Mystery Box Challenge Term 3

One of the highlights of the year 8 term is the mystery box challenge.  Working opposite their partner they have worked with all term, with others from their tech class, they have to create a dish out of their mystery ingredients.  The ingredients include a carb, protein, can of something and a fruit or vegetable.  All things that can be found at home (or in a student flat) - nothing really strange or unknown to them. Most items in the pantry are made available to them. Herbs and spices are always a good go to.
