Final Cushion rotation for 2018
By Penny Riley | Posted: Thursday June 7, 2018
The last rotation of Year 7 students have started with the cushion making unit. This week and last week, the students have been learning about their chosen machine, learning the essential parts of it, learning to thread it correctly before learning how to sew and going on to sit their sewing machine driving licence.
Over the next few weeks, they will be working through the key stages to make a striped and/or patched cushion to bring home for the holidays.
Below is a collection of the cushions completed by the group of students who finished their designs last week and have moved onto Art.
