Paid Union Meeting - Friday 10th May

Dear Parents and Caregivers

NZEI, the teachers union has announced a paid union meeting on Friday 10 May at 2.00pm.

All union members have the right to attend this important meeting which means that there will be no normal classes in the afternoon.

To allow teachers to attend this meeting the Board of Trustees would appreciate if your child can be released at 1.50pm.

There will be supervision for those children who need to stay at school. If this is the case please call us or email office@balmacewen.school.nz

For children staying,  school will finish as normal at 3.00pm.

The Otago Road Services bus will be leaving at 1.50pm for those students who use this service.

I apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
