Recycled instruments

In week 3 we were set the daunting task of creating a recycled instrument that creates sound…
Wow! Making an instrument didn’t seem that hard but after only 10 minutes of gluing and sticking we were exhausted.
Instruments varied from xylophones to ukuleles and harps. Bottles, jars, containers and other recyclable products were brought into our class in the thousands (figuratively). Bangs and crashes, laughs and taps, all making a great big noise. Drama in the shape of broken instruments, missing pieces and missing people. Deafened by the chaos in Room 5, some escaped outside to work in peace. With only 2 days to complete our instruments we had to work fast. Finally Friday had come and we had finished our instruments. There percussion, drums and flutes cluttering up the bench. This was going to be noisy.
