Board of Trustees 

Balmacewen has  indeed been very fortunate to have been served by excellent Boards. In my fifteen years as Principal I have had the privilege of serving many outstanding trustees.

This is very much the case with our current board.

Board chair Lawrence Alloo has provided excellent leadership and business acumen over two terms on the board. His energy, fairness and care for all at Balmacewen has been very much appreciated.

Erolia Rooney has led our property sub committee and has been a part of our latest school developments. She has also played an important role in raising Pasifika achievement.

Brendan McCane has used his professional knowledge to lead curriculum development and professional learning across the school.

All three members are departing our board and they go with our sincere thanks and best wishes for a job well done.
