Cooking with the Year 8

The final group of Year 8's have made it to the foods room.

They have started the term with some spaghetti bolognaise and macaroni cheese, We have explored several types of pastry and made dumplings, spring rolls and wontons with bought pastry.  We made our own puff pastry into Apple Turnovers and short pastry into little tarts.  Now we have to plan and make our own pies.
