Year 8 Triathlon

Last Friday all year 8 students competed in a triathlon.
This involved 1 lap of Peter Johnstone Park for the bike ride, 1 lap of Memorial Park for the run and a 50m swim. All students entered the full event with the focus being on 'facing the challenge'
It was a great day with the BBQ going and the weather holding together. Well done to those students who placed in the top 5 of the competitive boys and girls. (Photo Below)
A massive thank-you must go out to all the parents who helped for the day. Without you we would have had no bikes and therefore no triathlon!
